- Coconut Milk: This is highly nutritious and rich in fibre, vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6 and minerals including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous. So, coconut milk is excellent for your little one’s bones, skin and hair, and great for combating eczema or preventing anaemia.
- Pumpkin: This is rich in tryptophan, which has been shown to help your baby relax, unwind and sleep better. Pumpkin is a storehouse of vitamin A, which is particularly useful for good vision. Feeding pumpkin to your baby will also improve night vision.
- Brown Rice: This is an important grain for babies and a good source of vitamins and minerals. Plus it is easily digestible and gluten free.
